Right now, I’m a visual journalist at CNN. One of my favorite things to do on the Data & Graphics team is to use digital drawing to tell compelling stories. Otherwise, I’m a bit of a generalist, wrangling data and using maps, charts and whatever I can dream up to make visual stories shine. 📈

Previously, I studied data journalism at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. Before that, I was a words-only journalist in Toronto, Canada at the Globe and Mail. Way, way back I ran a daily student newspaper, which I remember fondly but my GPA does not. 🤷
