I’m a journalist, developer and designer who likes to make things on the internet. ✨

Right now, I’m a visual journalist at NBC Local. I do a bunch of stuff for our stations across the U.S., but it all involves working with data, whether that’s wrangling spreadsheets or making graphics, to tell better stories. 📈

Previously, I studied data journalism at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. Before that, I was a words-only journalist in Toronto, Canada at the Globe and Mail. Way, way back I ran a daily student newspaper, which I remember fondly but my GPA does not. 🤷
